Dogs are welcome. But we do ask for an additional $200 refundable damage deposit per dog.

Please inquire with owner if party is over 12 people (including day vistors and children).

We can hold dates with a 50% deposit if more than 60 days in advance. Second payment of balance due 60 days before arrival. If reservation is less than 60 days in advance, full payment (including refundable deposit) due immediately.

Rates subject to 9% New Hampshire Rooms and Rentals tax if less than six months.  

Cancellations must be received outside of 60 days prior to arrival for a refund, less a $100 processing fee.

Smoking permitted outside only Pet Policy: No pets without prior approval

Check in time: 4 pm Check out time: 11 am

NO FIREWORKS

We have a 2 night minimum for non-holiday weekends.  

Holidays may have a 3 or 4 night minimum.

In Summer there is a 7 night minimum, unless only a shorter stay is available, please ask. 

New Years / Feb vacation have 4 night minimum Memorial Day weekend - 3 night minimum

Bike week - 3 night minimum

Labor day weekend - 3 night min

Columbus day weekend - 3 night min
