In late May - June we will be installing a new septic tank. This one is much larger than the current one and located farther away from the water.  During installation this area marked with orange arrows will be dug up. Immediately afterwards, about a quarter of the lawn will be without grass as we wait for seeds to grow. We regret that the lawn won't be as beautiful as it normally is, but the good news is that this part of the property is across the drive way, beside the house and not along the water where most guests will be spending time when outside.
